Please note that after we successfully receive your payment, mulberry silk and customized products may take up to 14 days to ship. Because all of our mulberry silk items are handmade, shipping may take a little longer than you are used to. International orders may also end up with a brief hold at your country’s customs office.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $69.
We process and ship orders within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order as well as a confirmation email after your order has shipped.
If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers. Some UPS and DHL orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You can return your items within 7 days from when you received your items. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received: unwashed and unused. It must also be in resell-able condition, which must include the original packaging.

Mulberry Silk refers to the silk produced by the silk worms that eat mulberry leaves, it is entirely made out of natural proteins and has proven to be the ancient beauty secret with numerous beauty benefits.
Silk is measured by weight using momme (mm). 8 momme = 1 oz. The higher the Momme weight, the thicker the silk fabric, which also makes it more durable. Silk with 19 to 22 mm is considered the industry standard range of offering, and anything above that is considered heavyweight.
